Meet The Owner

Mikal “Kel” Moore was born July 14, 1991, in Daytona Beach, FLA. He is the youngest of two children. His love for food started at a very early age when he would stand in the kitchen watching his grandmother (Carrie) in the kitchen cooking big meals for the family.

Moore started his career in the food industry at sixteen years old when he got his first job at Steak ‘n Shake making hand dipped milkshakes. Moore has since worked in multiple positions related to the restaurant field. His most recent job is District Manager for Checkers/Rally’s where he’s been for the past 13 years.

Moore currently holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in Marketing and advertising from Bethune Cookman University (BC-U).
